Heredia Designs started in 1997 in New York City. As a college student, owner & instructor David Heredia was struggling to make ends meet. With a part time job and a full time class schedule, David started freelancing, offering custom cartoon designs to his co-workers for $50. Immediately it seemed that word got out and he was soon commissioned by faculty members and non-profit organizations all over Brooklyn NY.
In 2010, Heredia Designs, LLC was formed and the company has done work for Walt Disney Feature Animation, Warner Bros. TV Animation, Johnson & Johnson, The Boys & Girls Club, YearUp.org, online gaming companies and currently creates a monthly comic strip for Vibe Magazine. The studio space offers art tutoring, professional animation design and creative art workshops. Our passion & integrity for creating family friendly designs are reflected in all of the personal and professional design projects that Heredia Designs takes on.
